“Glimmers: The Little Joys That Light Up Your Day”

The other day, a friend introduced me to a beautiful word—glimmers. She explained that glimmers are the opposite of triggers. While triggers set off negative reactions, glimmers are those small, heartwarming moments that bring a spark of joy or peace. I loved the idea instantly.
